L'Wren Scott Left Her Estate to Mick Jagger

According to documents filed to the court, the late designer left all of her belongings such as apartment, jewelry and clothing which are estimated at $9 million to the Rolling Stones member.

L'Wren Scott reportedly left all of her estate to longtime boyfriend Mick Jagger. As reported by New York Daily News, documents filed in Manhattan Surrogate's Court on Wednesday, March 26, show that the late fashion designer's estate is valued at $9 million.

"I give all my jewelry, clothing, household furniture and furnishings, personal automobiles, and other tangible articles of a personal nature ... to Michael Philip Jagger," the documents read. According to the filings, Scott's biggest asset was her apartment where she committed suicide, which is worth $8 million. Scott apparently did not mention her siblings Randall Bambrough and Jan Shane in her will.

The funeral for Scott, whose real name is Luann Bambrough, was held on Tuesday at the Hollywood Forever Funeral Home in Los Angeles. Previously, Scott's family was reported having disagreement about the funeral as Scott's sister wanted the designer to be buried in their childhood hometown in Utah.

In a statement to Daily Mail, Shane blasted the member of The Rolling Stones for turning the funeral into "media circus." She said, "It's become a media circus, it's so not how Luann would have wanted it. All you read is how devastated he is, well, he's not the only one. I don't get to see her, neither do her family and the friends that she grew up with. We want to say goodbye, but he's taken over."

"She has been away from home for so long, this is her place, not in some strange cemetery in Los Angeles. It has no connection, but it's Mick and his kids that are making all the decisions," she continued. "He hijacked this funeral. Yes, he was with her for 13 years, but family is family, that's what it boils down to."

"She'll be buried and passed away as Mick's girlfriend, not Luann Bambrough or L'Wren Scott. It's so far blown out of proportion, she's a human being, she deserves more," Shane stated, adding that family members in Utah could not travel to Los Angeles to say goodbye. Shane herself planted Scott's favorite blue pansies to pay respects.

Concerning Scott's will, Shane said that she would try to get back some family memorabilia. "I would assume she had a will, I'm not really sure. But I know after mom passed away, L'Wren took pictures away from the family home. They were my childhood, I want them back, I hate to think they're gone forever, it's our memories of growing up. The Jagger family doesn't need them, they're our memories from our childhood," she explained.

Reports of rapper T.I. separating from his wife Tameka "Tiny" Harris apparently are not true. Harris stopped by "The Wendy Williams Show" on Tuesday, March 25 and talked about the rumors during her appearance.

"We had a couple fights and we were arguing," Harris said. "We argue all the time, though. We had this one big fallout about the Grammys. It just lingered on and it got bigger and... We're still together, there's no divorce. We're normal. We go through the same thing that every marriage goes through."

Williams then pointed out the missing wedding ring on Harris' ring finger. She said, "If you see here, I jammed my finger, so I can't even fit it. See, look at this. You see it?" The show's host, who apparently was not convinced, replied, "No, I don't. I don't see it - but I go along with it."

"I'm telling you, for real, for real," Harris continued. "It's a big rock. I would like to wear it. You know, regardless."

Speculations of the two's split emerged during the Grammy night in January. At that time, the pair were seen partying separately. T.I. then told TMZ that he and Harris had an argument, but they were OK the next day.

 Lady GaGa's vomiting stunt during her SXSW performance last week has drawn backlash from many people, especially those who struggled with bulimia. The controversial act has prompted them to sign a petition urging the pop star to stop "glamorizing" the eating disorder by ending her partnership with Brown.
"Lady GaGa once struggled with bulimia, but now she is glamorizing the eating disorder," read the petition, which was posted on Care2 and authored by Chris Wolverton. "This stunt was clearly intended to be provocative, tasteless and to create a media buzz around Lady GaGa."

It continued, "She has pulled similar stunts in the past, for example when she wore meat and fur garments to provoke animal rights supporters. But in this case, she should be more sensitive, having suffered from bulimia in the past. Hundreds of young women die from eating disorders every year, and many of her fans are at an age where women begin to develop these disorders."

The petition noted that GaGa's vomiting stunt wasn't original since "punk acts have incorporated vomiting and other gross displays into their performances since the early 70 at least." However, GaGa's a role model and "glamorizing bulimia will only harm her fans, and considerably lowers her music and her message."

The "Applause" singer is then asked "to end her professional relationship with Millie Brown and to stop using imagery that could trigger fans struggling with eating disorders."

GaGa's vomiting stunt has drawn criticism from Demi Lovato as well. The former Disney star, who had issues with eating disorder in the past, has voiced her opinion on Twitter. She said, "As if we didn't have enough people glamorizing eat disorders already Bottom line, it's not 'cool' or 'artsy' at all."

James Franco and his best friend Seth Rogen recreated the latest Vogue cover which features Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. Shortly after news of the couple being featured on the magazine's cover emerged, Franco took to Facebook to share his version.

In a photo uploaded on Friday, March 21, West and his fiance's faces have been digitally edited into Franco and Rogen's. "Seth! Love you, dog!" Franco simply wrote.

Franco and Rogen, who met on the set of "Freaks and Geeks" 15 years ago, made headline last year when they spoofed West's music video of "Bound 2", which also features the 33-year-old reality star. In the video called "Bound 3", Rogen plays Kardashian and goes topless while riding a motorcycle with Franco.

Mick Jagger has released a heartfelt tribute following the death of his designer girlfriend L'Wren Scott. The designer was found dead by her assistant on Monday, March 17 of apparent suicide. Jagger, who was in Australia when she died, released a statement on Facebook on Tuesday.

"I am still struggling to understand how my lover and best friend could end her life in this tragic way," he wrote. "We spent many wonderful years together and had made a great life for ourselves. We spent many wonderful years together and had made a great life for ourselves."

"I have been touched by the tributes that people have paid to her, and also the personal messages of support that I have received," he continued. "I will never forget her."

Previously, a representative for Jagger said that the rocker was "completely shocked and devastated by the news." However, Ross' newest LP has sold enough to stop Pharrell Williams' "G I R L" from taking the top spot on the chart. The super producer's second solo project, which is powered by Oscar-nominated hit single "Happy", debuts at No. 2 with 112,000.

For the first time in the past 10 weeks, the soundtrack album of "Frozen (2013)" is kicked out of Billboard 200's top 2. It slips to No. 3 with 100,000. The record is supported by "Let It Go" that won the Best Original Song award at the Oscars.

"Grace of Monaco" gets its first full trailer. It shows Nicole Kidman playing Grace Kelly who is portrayed in the film having an identity crisis. The actress-turned-princess is struggling to embrace her new life as royalty. Her desire to return to Hollywood is met with resistance from her husband.

"Some of you ask, why did I leave Hollywood," Nicole says in a voiceover in the beginning of the trailer. "Well, I left because I fell in love with a charming prince." But six years after celebrating Wedding of the Century, their marriage gets rocky as she strives to reconcile her past and her present.

"I don't know how I'm going to spend the rest of my life in this place where I can't be me. And who is that?" she says in frustration. "Everything I do or say is wrong."

Directed by Olivier Dahan, the movie is set in the 1960s when Monaco was under the looming threat of French invasion led by Charles De Gaulle due to tax dispute. The story will take place after Kelly abandoned her Hollywood career to settle into her new role as a princess.

It was criticized by the royal House of Grimaldi due to its "major historical inaccuracies." In his defense, Dahan said the film was not a biopic. Kidman agreed, saying that they only took on the small part of the princess' life "when she reveals her great humanity as her fears and weaknesses."

Kidman stars opposite Tim Roth who plays her on-screen husband, Prince Rainier III. The film was originally scheduled to come out last year, but it got delayed. It is now set as an opener at Cannes Film Festival and will arrive in the U.K. on June 6.

Bill O'Reilly has made it clear that he's not a fan of the music and sexually explicit videos featured in Beyonce Knowles' visuals album "Beyonce". The TV host said in a recent episode of his show, "The O'Reilly Factor", that the former Destiny's Child member was a bad influence for teenage fans, especially girls.

O'Reilly was sitting down with Russell Simmons and was supposed to talk about the Def Jam co-founder's new book when he criticized Beyonce's "Partition" music video. "She puts out a new album with a video that glorifies having sex in the back of a limousine," he said.

"Teenage girls look up to Beyonce, particularly girls of color," he continued. "I'm saying why on earth would this woman do that. Why would she do it when she knows the devastation that unwanted pregnancies... and fractured families - why would Beyonce do that?"

Simmons tried his best to change the topic by talking about his book instead of Beyonce, but he failed. "I believe an entertainer like Beyonce and a mogul like you have an obligation to protect children, not put out exploitive garbage that you know harms impressionable children," O'Reilly added. "I think Beyonce, what she has done here, is inexplicable and I'm asking you, Russell Simmons, to explain it to me."

Cameraman Recalls Steve Irwin's Last Words: 'I'm Dying'

A cameraman who worked with the late Australian wildlife expert Steve Irwin recounted Irwin's last moments after he was attacked by an 8-foot stingray during filming eight years ago. The cameraman, Justin Lyons, recalled the incident during a recent appearance on Australia's Studio 10.

In September 2006, Lyons and Irwin were filming a series called "Ocean's Deadliest" on the Great Barrier Reef. The pair were on an inflatable boat to find a tiger shark, but they saw a big stingray instead. "This one was extraordinarily large, massive, almost eight feet [long], so it was very impressive. We were only in chest-deep water, and we stood up and talked about what we were going to do, we always made a bit of a plan beforehand if we were going to film underwater," he said.

"Stingrays are normally very calm. If they don't want to be around you then they'll just swim away," Lyons continued explaining. "I thought this was going to be a great shot and all of a sudden it propped up on its front and started stabbing wildly with its tail, hundreds of strikes within a few seconds, they're incredibly powerful animals."

"[The stingray] probably thought that Steve's shadow was a tiger shark, which feeds on them very regularly, so it started attacking... I didn't even know that it had caused any damage. It wasn't until I panned back that I see that Steve was standing in a huge pool of blood," Lyons added. He performed CPR, but the injuries to Irwin's chest was severe and he was in "extraordinary pain" because of the venom.

"He was having trouble breathing. Even if we'd been able to get him into an emergency ward at that moment we probably wouldn't have been able to save him, because the damage to his heart was massive. As we're motoring back I'm screaming at one of the other crew in the boat to put their hand over the wound and we're saying to him things like, 'Think of your kids, Steve, hang on, hang on, hang on.' He just sort of calmly looked up at me and said, 'I'm dying.' And that was the last thing he said," Lyons recalled.

Alleged Daft Punk and Jay-Z Collab 'Computerized' Leaks

Based on some BlackBerry and iTouch references, the track was probably recorded during Jay-Z's 'The Blueprint 3' era.

Daft Punk has apparently worked with another big name in music industry. A track which was allegedly recorded by the French duo with rapper Jay-Z mysteriously made its way out online on Monday, March 10.

Titled "Computerized", the track features Jay-Z spitting his bars over the beats produced by the Grammy Award-winning group. The song is rumored to feature production from Kanye West as well, but Pitchfork can confirm that the "Bound 2" rapper was not involved.

"Computerized" finds the robots and Jay-Z talking about their personal problems and technology. "Start mackin' on my Blackberry/ She got jealous/ I was tappin' on my Blackberry/ So she didn't keep in touch," Jay-Z raps.

It's not clear when the track was recorded. However, some BlackBerry and iTouch references made by Hova indicate that it was created before the rapper partnered with Samsung to release his latest album, 2013's "Magna Carta... Holy Grail".

Miley Cyrus Fan Arrested After Sneaking Into Dressing Room

A 18-year-old fan named Tucker Salvesen snuck into Cyrus' dressing room one day before her show in Omaha and left a note pleading to meet her.

A fan of Miley Cyrus was arrested after he snuck into the singer's dressing room one day before her concert in Omaha last week. KETV reports that the fan was caught on surveillance camera going into Cyrus' dressing room at the CenturyLink Center. The police later identified the 18-year-old fan as Tucker Salvesen.

According to police report, Salvesen went to the restricted area on Wednesday, March 5. He gained entry by using a VIP card he obtained from a truck driver on the tour. The fan passed several people, but he was not stopped. He said that the area had no signs and the doors were not locked.

Salvesen then left a note with his phone number and Twitter user name. "I snuck back here I need to meet you. You have helped me so much your music has given me all the answers I was looking for when my heart got broke ... we went through the same thing @ the same time ... Miley I love you!!! Please let me meet you," the note read.

Salvesen was spotted at the concert venue and was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor criminal trespassing at the request of CenturyLink Center's officials. Being a "huge fan" of Cyrus, Salvesen told the TV station that he already purchased tickets for her other show after missing the Omaha concert.

A source says that Lohan is going to sign a $1-million deal with HarperCollins to publish a memoir which is based on a diary she wrote during her rehab stint.

Lindsay Lohan apparently is going to score a book deal with a publishing company. A source told New York Post's Page Six that she would sign a $1-million deal to publish a memoir. The "Mean Girls" actress kept a diary during her rehab stint in 2013 and it would be the base of the book.

"It's more or less an autobiography, but she had a minimal number of sample pages," the source explained. Noah' and 'Nymphomaniac' Banned in Middle Eastern Countries

Darren Aronofsky's "Noah" led by Russell Crowe is facing ban in some Muslim countries, The Hollywood Reporter learns. Lars von Trier's sexually-charged pic "Nymphomaniac" starring Shia LaBeouf is also having the same problem.

Qatar, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates have already confirmed that "Noah" would not be showing in the countries. Jordan, Kuwait, and Egypt are expected to follow, despite the fact that the biblical drama has already locked March 26 as its Egyptian release date.

In Egypt, Sunni institute Al-Azhar says the movie is "contrary to faith and to the fundamentals of the Islamic Sharia [law]." It also "contradicts the stature of prophets and messengers ... and antagonizes the faithful," the organization adds in a statement.

"Al-Azhar renews its rejection to the screening of any production that characterizes Allah's prophets and messengers and the companions of the Prophet [Mohammed]," it states. "Therefore, Al-Azhar announces the prohibition of the upcoming film about the Allah's messenger Noah -- peace be upon him."

Meanwhile, "Nymphomaniac" is banned in Turkey. "This film is in the porn category... because of its explicit sexual scenes," the country's cinema general director Cem Erkul explains. "It also depicts extreme violence against women."

But the decision is not unanimous, as the film board's member Yamac Okur says that "barring any cinema movie from commercial screening is unacceptable." Turkish director Nuri Bilge Ceylan agrees as stating, "I strongly condemn the ban on the film Nymphomaniac while there is in fact a policy in place on age limit."

The ban applies only to theatrical release, and people in the country could still get a chance to watch the movie since it's planned to be screened at the Istanbul Film Festival in April.

"Noah" is due in the U.S. on March 28. After controversies arose among Christian communities, Paramount Pictures issued statement, making it clear that the movie was a creative, not literal, adaptation of the bible story.

Director Aronofsky himself shrugged off the criticisms. "The controversy is all about the unknown and about the fear of people trying to exploit a Bible story," he told Variety. "It will all disappear as soon as people start seeing the film."

"Nymphomaniac" will be released in two parts. The first part will be available on VOD March 6 before hitting theaters on March 21, while the second one will arrive in theaters on April 18 after getting a video-on-demand release April 3.

It was already premiered in Denmark and Romania. The first part was released in the latter country without a glitch, but officials banned the second part before eventually permitting it after appeal by distributors at Independence Film.

Sources close to the family additionally say that Jackson, who passed away in 2009 at the age of 50, never mentioned about having other children other than Paris, Prince Jackson and Blanket. Another source explained that Jackson's brothers met Howard once at an event in 2012, but he did not claim that he was a relative.

Howard is the son of singer Miki Howard. She was managed by Joe Jackson in the 1980s. However, the brothers said that Joe did not say anything about their work in the past. They believe that Joe would have said something, especially after Michael died.

New "Matrix" movies are reportedly coming. According to Latino-Review, Lana Wachowski and Andy Wachowski are working on a new trilogy and have started the writing process with early treatments and outlines already submitted to Warner Bros.

The Wachowski siblings are the directors and writers of the first three films. It's unclear if they will return as the helmers for the upcoming ones. Other details including whether the new films will be sequels or prequels are also unknown.

Rumor has it, the studio is looking to get the project ready by 2017 to go up against any new installments from other blockbuster franchises developed by rival companies, like "Star Wars" and "Avatar".

The first "Matrix" film came out in 1999 to both critical and commercial success. Dubbed a groundbreaking work of science-fiction genre, it's followed by "The Matrix Reloaded" in May 2003 and "The Matrix Revolutions" in November the same year. The three films starred Keanu Reeves, Laurence Fishburne, Carrie-Anne Moss, and Hugo Weaving.

The singer appeared in court on Friday, February 28 to attend a progress hearing in the assault case related to Rihanna. "Mr. Brown will also require close supervision by his treating physician in order to ensure his bipolar mental health condition remains stable. It is not uncommon for patients with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Bipolar II to use substances to self-medicate their biomedical mood swings and trauma triggers," read a letter from the facility which is obtained by E! News.

"Mr. Brown became aggressive and acted out physically due to his untreated mental health disorder, severe sleep deprivation, inappropriate self-medicating and untreated PTSD," the document continued.

The court document additionally mentioned that Brown worked hard to complete his community service work. He has completed 250 hours of community labor and still has 750 hours more. He is expected to finish it in October. "Mr. Brown's attitude has been beyond exemplary in regard to his community service responsibilities," the report read.

After the hearing, Brown's lawyer Mark Geragos made a comment on his client. "The judge is pleased and so are we with his progress, and we hope it continues. Chris is healthy and is doing very well. He's spectacular," Geragos told New York Daily News. He added that Brown would likely stay in the in-patient rehab as the authorities worked on his assault case in Washington D.C.
